Hey Members I had a great healthy dinner tonight Okra,tomatoes,codfish on brown rice. This is healing food. The recipe will be in my book. This recipe is absolutely fabulous. One of my favorites recipe codfish with okra, tomatoes, red pepper, onions and brown rice. This covers the a broad spectrum of vitamins. A must have to recover from MS.
